Prices here apply for non-commercial use. For commercial commissions, the price is 2x-5x the base price
Open/Closed status applies to noncommercial commissions only. Commercial commissions are never closed

Terms and Conditions
Commissions are not first-come first-serve
I reserve the right to refuse a commissionPlease provide references for pre-existing characters
(OC characters too!)
Specify if there is anything you want or do not want beforehand
Provide all needed extra info if possible (pose, traits, personality, important info, etc.)
Character designs and colors may be slightly changed to fit my styleOtherwise I will base all of this on my interpretation, which will increase the time window of the commissionLet me know ahead of time if you do not want me to post your commission on social mediaEdits will only be allowed while I am sketching the illustration, so I expect all communications to be made during this phase
Once the sketch has been approved, no more edits will be allowed
I normally work on a 12x18 inch canvas at 300 PPI (pixels per inch) Please tell me if you need me to work in another size, and I will accommodate that at no cost
Size changes cannot be made after I start on the lineartI will not currently do:
- NSFW
- Heavy goreFull payment will be sent upfront before I start
I refund:
100% of the commission if I have not started the work
70% of the commission at the sketch phase
40% of the commission at the lineart phaseI will communicate when I am moving between phasesThere will be no refunds if I have started the coloring phase, or if the commission is finished
I do not accept chargebacks or disputes. For any issues, please contact me and I will be happy to discuss
If there is a chargeback or dispute, I take back all rights and can sell the artwork to new buyersYou cannot claim to have created the artwork
Credit must be given to me, @sirdimpleton, when commissioned artwork is used. It does not need to be mentioned in a bio, but other individuals cannot be credited for my own work
You may not sell the artwork to third parties
For non-commercial use, I reserve all the rights to my work
Do not upload the artwork to any boorus (ex: Danbooru) or train AI using my artwork. If I find that this has occurred, I take back all rights, including commercial, to my work
If any of my terms have been violated, I will blacklist you and you will not be able to purchase from me in the future
